Who We Are

Joel Meltzer, founder and Principal of 20/20 Builders has more than 40 year’s experience in the construction industry. He has been a licensed general contractor in California since 1986 and has spent more than half his career presiding over the operations of a few select California and nationwide general contractors. In 2006, Joel re-launched the independent construction operations of 20/20 Builders. 20/20 Builders ensures accountability in meeting your goals. Professional services include preparation of preliminary budgets and construction cost estimates, contract negotiation and administration, scheduling, value engineering, quality control and over-all project management.
